Skylight brings Disney, Christmas and the excitement of a new stage performance with the release of their newest musical.

For children in your life who want to visit a Disney theme park but can’t afford or simply don’t have time, Skylight Music Theatre is offering a special “24 Hour” sale on tickets for its upcoming musical, A Jolly Holiday.

Christmas is just around the corner and performers like Tatiana Foxx, a half-dozen talented kids, and Music Director Christie Chiles Twillie put on a show that will get everyone in the holiday spirit. The cast of six talented performers last weekend breezed through a cavalcade of hit tunes from such popular musicals as Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, Mary Poppins, and Aladdin. On closing night, they close out with an impressive selection of songs from Frozen.

One of the original Disney-approved shows, A Year With Frog and Toad, is coming to Chicago for just the second time. This unique opportunity will not be missed by anyone that receives its warm, fuzzy feeling of nostalgia. The show has been crafted to appeal to audiences of all ages under the direction of Skylight Artistic Director Michael Unger.

Hot off the heels of last year’s hit, The Cabot Theatre is bringing back their production of ‘To All the World’s Children.’ This time around, they’ve created a more immersive set that captures its audiences imagination. It’s cozy, pleasant, and inviting as its cast greets each other warmly while juggling gifts in this joyous musical. Between an inviting fireplace and a wide staircase to accommodate singers up on stage, there is plenty of scenic moments during the performance when the gorgeous instrumentation can be plainly seen.
